Set rate callout
We offer a choice of two set rate callouts. Our standard rate callout is an 'as and when' service. We also offer a prepaid scheme where you can buy a minimum of 10 hours or more at a cheaper rate in advance and guarantees next working day on site.
 

Remote Management

To minimise on downtime and callout fees we offer a remote management service. Once this is installed it means that when one of your staff has a problem we can remote control their PC through the internet from our support desk to sort the problem out.

Home Working

Broadband now offers you a low cost opportunity for your workers to become more productive by allowing them to work out of the office or at home. We can help you set-up secure connections to your network over the Internet, a technology called VPN. This gives any employee access to all of your office services over a low-cost Broadband or even a dial-up connection from a remote location.

Site Health Check

Our initial site visit normally consists of a survey where we check a wide variety of things in your IT environment. We also offer regular site visits to ensure that vital maintenance tasks are kept up to date such as anti virus updates, Microsoft critical updates and much more. On these site visits we can also address any other problems you may have.
The site health check includes:

Server analysis

• Remote Working Evaluation

Any urgent issues we will address while on site if possible. After the visit we will provide you with a site document which shows you any issues we have found and where you could be doing certain things more efficiently.
